On the road to a fully automated Application Assistant Expert System, MotionInfo has created a semi automated version.
If you have a problem or a challenge or if you are new to using electric motors and motion components,
you can get help through MotionInfo's Application Assistant. The Application Assistant is backed by MotionInfo's
strategic partners that have considerable application experience.
Application Assistant - How It Works
The Process Is Simple.
- Select the button to enter the service.
- MotionInfo gives you access to our Application Assistant form.
- You fill in the form by describing your situation. The form will give you a lot of
guidance to help you describe the important points.
- You submit the completed form to MotionInfo. At this point your account is charged
the one time use fee for this service.
- Our application experts will review your input and prepare a response.
A response will take about 3 business days.
- MotionInfo e-mails you your answers.
Situations that require significant design effort, research or testing will be returned suggesting
what effort will be required to provide an answer. In this situation, any fees you paid will be credited towards your next
use of Application Assistant or will be credited towards any consulting services you contract with MotionInfo or our
Strategic Partners.
