Fulfillment and Subscription Policy

At MotionInfo, we are committed to providing reliable AIS tracking services to meet your aeronautic and nautical needs. This Fulfillment and Subscription Policy outlines the terms related to subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and our fulfillment process.
1. Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
- For credit card transactions, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the encrypted card information on file.
- Customers will receive an email notification prior to the renewal date, reminding them of the upcoming charge.
2. Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards for payment. Your card information is securely encrypted and stored with our payment processor.
- Charges will appear on your billing statement as "Stripe".
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to billing@motioninfo.com.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the renewal date.
- Upon successful cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.
4. Refund Policy
- Partial Refunds: If requested in writing within 90 days of the initial subscription signup or a renewal payment, partial refunds may be provided.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the annual subscription fee. For example, if a customer with an annual subscription costing $1,800 requests a refund after using 3 months, the refund amount will be $1,800 / 12 x 9 months remaining.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@motioninfo.com for processing.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for refund requests to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.
5. Service Fulfillment
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to the MotionInfo platform, including access to live and historical AIS data as per the subscription plan.
- Customers will also gain access to all features included in their subscription tier, such as customizable reports and technical support.
- Any interruptions to service due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
- MotionInfo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or terms at any time.
- Any changes to pricing or plans will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
- Subscribers have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the new terms, following the cancellation procedures outlined above.

8. Privacy and Data Security
- MotionInfo is committed to protecting your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.
- We do not share or sell customer information with third parties, except as required by law or as part of service provision.

9. Governing Law
- This policy is governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes or claims arising from this policy or your subscription shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
