Thank you for stepping into a vital role in the protection of the North Atlantic Right Whale — one of the most endangered species on Earth.
Your location is now part of a growing network of coastal monitoring stations that are helping researchers, conservationists, and mariners work together to prevent ship strikes, reduce noise pollution, and preserve critical migration routes.
We’re honored to have your participation. These historic sites and structures now extend their protection to whales as well as mariners.
Your Station, Recognized
As a participating host, your site will be recognized as a Right Whale Conservation Station. We’ll prepare a certificate with your locations official name and coordinates.
Getting this information right is important — it’s how your station will appear in acknowledgments, internal maps, and on your printed certificate.
Once your confirmation is complete, you’ll gain access to the StationKeeper Host Resources page, which includes:
- Press Kit — customizable press release, welcome letter, and project overview
- Branding Assets — StationKeeper and MotionInfo logos, partner box graphics
- Printable Outreach Materials — tabletop flyer and 24"x36" poster
- Social Media Images — ready-to-post, high-resolution graphics highlighting your station’s role in conservation
Confirmation of Participation
To finalize your site’s activation, we need a digital signature confirming your acknowledgement of participation. This supports coordination with agencies like the Coast Guard and helps us officially list your location.
You’ll be directed to a short signing page (via PandaDoc) right after submitting the form. It’s not a contract — just an acknowledgment of awareness that your location is part of the StationKeeper initiative.

If someone else at your organization is the appropriate signer, please provide their name and email so we can send them the digital signature request via email instead.
